Every child has their own way of testing our patience and trying to determine just how far they can push you before you explode. Some do this intentionally, especially if all they receive from you is negative attention. They may even get a laugh out of your explosion. Regardless of the reason your child pushes your buttons, it is always best to attempt to react in a positive way. As hard as that may sound, it is possible to do. Even if all it takes is stepping back and taking a breath, you will be amazed at the outcome. ♥ ~Jess

If is always hard to break away from habit. It is the same for methods of parenting. Once you are used to the same routine, it can be difficult to attempt something new. You don't know if a method is effective if you don't try it. Parenting is all about learning and adapting. Some ways are more effective for some parents than others. Each child behaves differently. It is very important for us as parents to understand the differences in the way that our children act. By understanding, we can adapt to the situation and try to be prepared to deal with our child or children acting out. There are hundreds of life lessons we have learned through the years. Regardless, we don't have to use all the parenting methods, after all each child is different and you are not your parents. ♥ ~Jess _
Children can have such a huge imagination. As a parent, it is important to encourage your child to express not only their feelings, but to use their imagination freely. Expressing themselves encourage them to be creative and independent. But, more importantly it can make learning more interesting and fun! ♥ ~Jess _
Sometimes parents forget that their child is just a child. They don't know any better than what they are taught and what they see and hear. It is a learning experience for both the child and you. A well-behaved child does not happen over night. It takes patience, understanding, and knowing it is a working progress. If you react negatively to your child's behavior, you will get a negative reaction from your little one. If your child lacks your attention, they will act up just to get any reaction from you! They are listening more than you think!! ♥ ~Jess_
~Instill in yours, a brighter future, sharing a positive outlook in the present.~ ♥ Jess _All my life i knew i wanted to do something in some way to make a difference in someone's life. I wanted to help others less fortunate and give others hope (even with a small piece of advice)... I am happy to see that there are other women in this world who feel the same! So, i guess what i am trying to say is Thank you to all the other proud,
strong, caring mothers in the world. ~Keep loving your children, inspiring them to learn, love, and grow!~ ~~ ♥ Jess _
Your children are our future, which you shape and mold. Teaching them morals, values, and respect is important. Showing them that life can be rewarding, builds determination to be successful at whatever they do. It really is the little things in life that matter. Seeing you smile, makes your child happy. And knowing they have your love and support builds a positive character. You may not make your kids into what you want them to be, but you do teach them what they need to know to be what they want to be! ♥ ~Jess |
