Finding healthy foods that your child will eat can be quite the
challenge. But, there are 100's of resources you can use to help along the way.
I am lucky enough that my kids aren't such picky eaters :) these little ones just happen to love fruits & vegetables.
Some parents aren't so lucky..
I do let them have some snacks &
candy, all within moderation.
More importantly, i encourage them to eat healthy foods, and let them know that too much candy and "junk food"
aren't good for their bodies or teeth.
Our child's healthy eating habits
have to start at home!
There are inexpensive, healthy foods that you can prepare for your child.
You just have to do a little research, plan meals, and stick to a budget. And use your coupons!
(Anyone can make a budget, sticking to it is the hard part.)
Please feel free to give me a some feedback!
